Seema is the founder of Axiom Business Consulting. Her primary role is to lead the company and clients to a better future through robust accounting services. Her vast experience in international tax planning has won her many complex tax clients who have reaped the rewards of her expertise in this discipline.
Seema is actively involved in the community and currently she is a volunteer advocate with Guardian Ad Litem. She is passionate about helping underprivileged children.

Accounting and Tax Manager
Cody Homesley is the Accounting and Tax Manager at Axiom. His primary responsibilities include overseeing tax engagements, reviewing accounting work, and efficiently managing the flow of tax season to ensure smooth operations. Cody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University. His extensive knowledge and expertise in accounting provide invaluable support to the firm’s clients.
In his free time, Cody is passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing, constantly exploring the latest trends and innovations in these fields. He is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve and applying his insights to benefit Axiom’s clients.
Staff Accountant
Milara’s primary responsibility is handling all accounting, and business and personal tax returns for all our clients including clients with foreign accounts and foreign Income.
What is really important to Milara is her relationships with her family, including her daughter and her husband, and her sister along with her overseas family. Milara is a proud parent of an athlete-swimmer who is bringing out Milara’s competitive nature.
Milara has a Master’s in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and she is qualified to sit for CPA exam. Milara also has two Bachelor’s in Finance and Mathematics.
Staff Accountant
Janet is responsible for all bookkeeping, financial statements and tax filings for various clients. She has been in the accounting field for 25+ years (Public & Private.) Janet also holds a Real Estate Agent License (Realtor).
Janet is a mom of 3, grandmother of 2. She enjoys spending time with her family, hanging at the beach, listening to music, and watching movies.
Office Manager
Seasoned Office Manager for Axiom, with 22+ years of experience with customer service and project management. Charlotte has a Bachelors Degree and Associates Degree in Business Administration & Accounting.
Charlotte’s primary role is engaging with the customers, collecting and managing the necessary data for timely processing of assignments and focal point of contact for Axiom.
Charlotte is a mom of 2, grandmother of 1. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, enjoys movies, shopping & traveling

Office Administrator
Sahara is Axiom’s firm administrator, currently in school to study accounting & plans to obtain her bachelors in accounting & finance. She is also a licensed Florida notary as she gaining industry knowledge through her position at Axiom Business Consulting. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, watching tv, playing tennis, exercising, traveling, & reading.
Staff Accountant
Steven is a Staff Account who handles bookkeeping for Axiom Clients and also processes personal and corporate tax returns during tax time and various other assigned projects. Steven has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Steven has an extensive experience working with a variety of clients in the past 40 years in the Tampa Bay area and enjoys every bit of it. He loves being productive and has no desires do retire anytime soon. In his personal life he is happily married and enjoys being a fur dad to 3 cats. Steven and his wife enjoy the simple lifestyle at home and like to watch a lot of different television shows together.
